Cycling / Running & Triathlon Training

Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Southport Beach, 1313 Pequot Avenue, Southport, CT (map)
(until Memorial Day week-end parking at the beach possible for non residents)

$20 per session

Race Specific Training Programs

8 weeks to Seaside Sprint — starts April 19

10 weeks to Rev 3 Quassy Olympic and Half Ironman — starts March 27 ($150/month)

12 weeks to 70.3 Syracuse — starts March 27

22 weeks to 70.3 Maine — starts March 27

26 weeks to IM Maryland — starts April 10

These race specific training programs are all part of the Trifitness Personal Training Program! For just $150/month you will receive personalized workouts by USAT level triathlon coach, Ironman certified coach, Kona qualifier to help you reach your goals. Group workouts including swim, bike and run for all our Team members are included.

Therefore you can access to your training schedule online 24/7, from anywhere. We also use this powerful tool to monitor, analyze and plan your personal nutrition and training performance.

For general fitness, cycling, running, triathlon and swimming fitness, weight loss, race planning, individualized training program. Individual sessions to help you reach your goals, work harder and stay motivated. We can provide personal training for strength, swimming, cycling and running for adults and kids.

Trifitness Swim Classes

Register

Come join our fun swim classes held at the Weston Middles School Pool (map).

A coach on deck will guide you, criticize you and help you reach your potential. Beginners are welcomed. Filming under and above the water will be provided. Our coaches are Swim Speed Certified, USAT and Ironman certified.

Dates:
• Fall: October 1st to December 17 (join at anytime! - drop-ins welcome)
• Winter 2017: January 7 - March 25
• Spring 2017: April 1- June 10

Where: Weston Middle School, 135 School Road, Weston CT
When: Saturdays, 12:30-1:45 pm

12 weeks program $240, please email us if you miss the first classes and need to be prorated.
