These race specific training programs are all part of the Trifitness Personal Training Program! For just $150/month you will receive personalized workouts by USAT level triathlon coach, Ironman certified coach, Kona qualifier to help you reach your goals. Group workouts including swim, bike and run for all our Team members are included.

Trifitness Spring Cycling Classes

We are very excited to announce that Trifitness has a NEW home at Pacific Cycling & Triathlon in Stamford!

Pacific Cycling & Triathlon is located minutes off exit 35 via the Merritt Parkway (map) and only 15 minutes to the Stamford Metro North train station. The new facility will have changing rooms, a shower, 13 state of the art computrainers, a stretching /workout area surround sound and multiple large flat screen TV’s. Bike storage will be available. We look forward to seeing you all in our new facility!

A CompuTrainer is a premier indoor bike trainer with a precision ergometer measuring power wattage, heart rate and cadence. It’s what professional and avid triathletes and cyclists use to train hard and increase their fitness while riding indoors on their own bike.

In our Trifitness CompuTrainer Studio, you will bring in your own bike (road or triathlon bikes preferred) and first test your cycling fitness in a group setting with up to 14 athletes to determine your “functional threshold power” (FTP). Each week thereafter in a group setting, you will get custom-tailored intensity workouts and virtual rides that will quickly improve your cycling fitness, endurance, and explosive power as you burn up to 800 calories per hour!

You can also experience simulated bike routes of any bike course in the world, including famous triathlon and Iron-distance events, or challenging climbs of the Tour De France. These training programs are a “must do” for anyone working towards a century bike ride, triathlon, or looking to improve their overall aerobic fitness while enjoying a fun group setting!

Trifitness cycling programs are designed to help you build a solid base with an emphasis on aerobic fitness and form work. Your cycling fitness will be assessed at the beginning and the end of each program. All our classes are periodized throughout the year and will help you reach your goals with success! Some workouts will include strength, running and stretching. Our classes are open to all ages and abilities.  Our groups are beginner friendly and guaranteed to make you a stronger rider when the race season starts again. Don't be shy and come and join us.

We recommend you come to our classes with a special skewer for stationary bike trainers, an indoor riding tire or purchase a wheel with a similar tire, if you do not want to change tires when it is time to ride outdoors (just change the wheel). These items are available at Pacific Cycling and Triathlon.

Trifitness Swim Classes

Come join our fun swim classes held at the Weston Middles School Pool (map).

A coach on deck will guide you, criticize you and help you reach your potential. Beginners are welcomed. Filming under and above the water will be provided. Our coaches are Swim Speed Certified, USAT and Ironman certified.

• Fall: October 1st to December 17 (join at anytime! - drop-ins welcome)
