YOUTH RUNNING FITNESS CLUB
Our after school programs are designed for grades 2 to 5 and geared towards running. We teach children how to run and how to love running. Our goal is to show them that running is a fun sport. Of course, along teaching running come all sorts of drills and strength exercises designed for their levels. We use agility ladders and cones. We also make sure to include games and relays always at the end of the session.

We offer our programs all year round, always outdoors, weather permitting. Our coaches are certified by USA Triathlon, USA Track and Field and have CPR as well as first aid.

I am writing to convey what a tremendous addition she has been to the After School program I run at Sherman Elementary School in Fairfield. I have always received high praise from both the parents and kids for Pascale & how much they enjoy her program. I have offered her program every Spring & Fall for nearly the past 2 years. I am now going to offer a winter indoor clinic based on the high demand and following of students she has at the school. It is an excellent introduction to the younger students on how important stamina and strength in running is when applied to all their other sports activities. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.
