Coached Group Classes - Children are back at school, now is the time to do something new, something for you. Become a triathlete, join our group and have fun, get fit and reach a new goal.

Monday: WEIGHT/CIRCUIT TRAINING
Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: BIKE- indoor/Outdoor cycling workouts with focus on technique and endurance base building, weather permitting and indoors in our Studio in Fairfield when cold or wet. Indoor sessions will include the use of Computrainers to improve your biking skills and motivate you. Power and heart rate testing will be offered at the beginning and end of the program to gage your progress.
Thursday: RUN/PLYOMETRICS - For women

Location: Trifitness Studio, 1150 Post Road, Fairfiled, CT MAP
Time: Mon - Fri, 9:30 - 10:30 am
What to Bring: Your own bike, change of clothes, water and sports drink.
Towels are provided.
