Thank you for all your help. It was great...you prepared me well.
The swim was very good...slow but i felt very strong and never lost my breath(like I did during the REV3 OLY). The bike was great but I felt like I couldn't hold a better speed ave due to the headwinds. It is time I get a tri-specific bike! I felt strong without overdoing it. The run was a struggle, as I imagined it would be. The heat and the hills did a job on my speed but I stayed focused. Your thoughts in the past emails were excellent helping me through the tough moments. Overall I had expectations and told people I would probably come in at around 6:30hrs....I finished in 6:32. It was a terrific experience that was made much better by your coaching....
