Hi Pascale,
I wanted to say thank you to you, Paul, Ian and Maura - please pass this along to them. Your coaching truly has made a difference. I competed in my first tri (relay) of the season - Lake Waramaug - this past Friday evening. Last year I completed the 1/2 mile swim in 14:45 and finished 65th of 200+. This year I completed the 1/2 mile in 12:43 and finished 47th of 200+. That was a significant improvement I could not have realized without the coaching I received over the past year. Thank you all so much!!
- Lisa

Hi Pascale,
I completed my first triathalon yesterday at the the Mossman Triathalon. I have to say thank you to Matt for his great coaching. Attending the open water course gave me confidence and greatly helped my conditioning for yesterday's race. The swim was what I was worried about the most but oddly I felt relatively relaxed at the starting line.
Thanks again. Trifitness helped a lot. Pass on the thank you to Matt.
