TRACK WORKOUT
12 weeks (October 7 to December 23)
All Levels, All Abilities (Join at any time at prorated price, or pay monthly)
Track, hill repeat workouts will be offered to build speed and strength.Running specific drills will be taught to make you a better more efficient runner with an emphasis on cadence. Core and plyometrics will be offered as well.

Trifitness Club Organized - Everyone Welcome - FREE (non-coached)
Are you training for a marathon, a local race or just love going on a fall run? Throughout the fall and winter, the Trifitness Club organizes a weekly group run. Pace, distance and location are determined prior to scheduled run.
Time: Usually Sunday Morning - Inquire at Studio

Pascale, I am so impressed with your program. Unfortunately, I live in Manhattan and am only up in Fairfield County (Stamford) on some weekends so I really don’t know if I can participate with parental responsibilities etc. (I’m lucky if I fit a run in!) But I wanted to tell you how wonderful your program looks, and if I am ever in Fairfield County for more than a night, I would love to participate in one of your classes. I do 4-6 tri’s per year, sprints and Olympic Distance (I’m one of those slow old women in the back of the pack).
Keep up the good work and I really hope I can get to one of the classes at some point this year! Katie S.
